Notice to Destroy Educational Records

It is the intent of Queen Anne’s County High School, Queen Anne’s County, Maryland, in accordance with Maryland Special Education Laws, to dispose of the confidential records of any student who exited a Special Education Services during the 2015 school year.

• Records may be claimed by written request to:

• Please be sure to include the student’s name, date of birth, and current contact information, including address and phone number. Records may be claimed by the parent/guardian or the student. Picture identification will be requested as proof of identity.
• Records not claimed by June 15, 2022, will be destroyed.

QACHS SPED Department will be shredding Class of 2016 files to contact the SPED office at 410-758-0500 ext 121 if they have a former student who would like their file.
