• Queen Anne's County Public School's Department of Science 

    Mission:

    Queen Anne's County Public Schools Science Program shall;

    Provide a rigorous instructional program in science each year for all students in grades prekindergarten through 12, which enables students to meet graduation requirements set forth by the State of Maryland and

    Provide all students instruction aligned to the Maryland College- and Career-Ready Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) which consists of the Disciplinary Core Ideas, Science and Engineering Practice, and the Crosscutting Concepts.

     

    Vision:

    QACPS's will provide a high-quality science education so that all students develop an in-depth understanding of content and develop key skills that will serve them throughout their educational and professional lives.
