• QACPS Policies and Administrative Regulations

    The Board of Education of Queen Anne’s County, with the advice of the Superintendent, sets goals and expectations for the instructional program and management of the schools through the development, revision, and adoption of policies. The policies adopted by the Board will be based upon the educational mission of the school system, Board member’s views and opinions, staff analysis and input, and public advice and comment.

    The Board of Education is currently in the process of revising its policies. Draft policies are found on the home page under Welcome, Policies for Public Comment. The public is welcome to add comments regarding the draft policy. Policies are published for "2 readings" on the website and when approved, are inserted into their respective categories in the About Us tab. Regulations to implement the policy are listed below the policy title.
