STEPS TO ENROLLMENT:

1.  Click here to enter your address and determine your school based on your address. 

2. Create an InfoSnap account and complete registration here: STUDENT ENROLLMENT APPLICATION

3. Call or email to set up an appointment. 

4. Bring the following documents to your appointment:

       a. Your child's BIRTH CERTIFICATE (Not a birth registration)

       b. Photo ID for one parent

       c.  Your child's most current IMMUNIZATION RECORDS

       d. Valid Proof of Residence--Queen Anne's County Public Schools will only accept one of the following:

                  - Utility Bill: gas, electric, or water bill)  Note: phone and cable are NOT accepted OR

                  - QAC Property Tax Bill  OR

                  - Contract of Sale    OR

                  - Mortgage Insurance statement  OR

                  - Residential lease  (If you are not the owner or renter of your residence, you must submit one of the above for the owner/renter AND  complete  Verification of Residence in Queen Anne's County Form . This form must be notarized.
