The Queen Anne’s Public Schools (QACPS) prohibits sexual harassment. It also prohibits retaliation against persons who file complaints about sexual harassment or who participate in investigations regarding such complaints. Students who have been subjected to sexual harassment or retaliation are encouraged to report the harassment to the school principal and the Title IX Coordinator for the QACPS. Complaints will be promptly investigated. Students found to have engaged in sexual harassment or retaliation will be disciplined, as appropriate, consistent with QACPS disciplinary policies and the regulations of the Maryland State Board of Education. Students who have been affected by sexual harassment may receive counseling or other educational support through the QACPS.
