Parking Permit Information (11th and 12th Graders)
Parking passes are available now in our Main Office for those juniors and seniors who have a driver’s license and would like to park on our campus. The cost of a Parking Permit is $20 however, if you purchase your permit prior to the first day of school the cost is only $15! All students must have a copy of their driver’s license and vehicle registration with them when purchasing a pass. We have attached the Parking Policy as well as the Application Form. Students are assigned a specific parking spot within our lot. There are no initial eligibility requirements to get a pass. However, students will be held to a 2.0 GPA and consistent attendance (less than 8 unexcused tardies or absences) for the remainder of the school year in order to keep their pass. More information on parking and purchasing a parking pass is linked here:

If you need to take your student out of school early:
Please send your student to school with a note so that the attendance secretary may issue a pass. This will cut down on the need to call into a classroom and lessen the disruption of instruction.
College Application Night: 9/8/22 @ 6:00pm:
Collegebound seniors should plan to attend this informative evening. Ms. Lienemann will share how to navigate Naviance and how to plan your applications to ensure that documents are sent out in a timely manner. There will also be an overview of financial aid and scholarships.
PSAT (School Day) 10/14/22 AM:
All 10th-grade students should be aware that they will be taking the PSAT on October 14th in the morning. 11th-grade students are also eligible to retake the PSAT for a fee of $14.00. Please notify Mr. Willis or Ms. Heath prior to October 1st if you are interested in taking the exam. The PSAT is the National Merit Scholarship test in the 11th grade only. Please plan ahead when scheduling appointments; there are no makeup test dates.
Schedules & Course Adjustments:
The schedule adjustment period for changing 1st-semester classes has concluded. We wish all students success in their classes and will be working to gain success in the classes currently enrolled. Students who wish to make changes in 2nd-semester classes may still see their counselor.
Freshmen and 4-Year Plans:
All freshmen will begin to work on developing their 4-year plans through their English classes. Mrs. Betts will be coming into classes to get that process started. It will be ongoing throughout the year.
Beginning the Week of Sept. 12th there will be over 30 college admissions counselors coming into the school this fall. Seniors especially should be signing up as these are admissions reps that may be reviewing your applications. Juniors also can gain information to assist in their college search. All students can sign up on NAVIANCE. There are many more to come.
